The specific duties and responsibilities of our psychologists at PCP are to provide empathic, genuine, and ethical psychological services; maintain a current caseload of all approved patients; visit each eligible patient at least 1x per week in-person or via telehealth; build and maintain rapport with facility staff; and to consistently obtain new referrals from the facility.

What are the educational requirements for working as a psychologist at Pacific Coast Psychology?

The educational requirements include a doctoral degree from a board-certified university. We are currently accepting applications from Registered Psychological Associates who are on track for taking their EPPP and CPLE exams. For those applicants who are already licensed in the state of California, we do require a copy of your diploma.

What benefits are offered to psychologists at Pacific Coast Psychology?

For those interested in becoming full-time, salaried employees, we offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as 15 days per year of paid time off. These benefits take effect after your first month of employment. We also offer enrollment in a 401(k) with up to 4% employer matching, which takes effect after 6 months of employment. Additional benefits we offer include 10 paid holidays per year, liability insurance coverage, and unpaid time off.
